I’m Charlotte. I’m a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and I also trained with Petra Coveney, who created Menopause Yoga.

I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 16. What started out as a bit of a novelty for me over 35 years ago, is now a vital part of my day.

I am a yoga teacher in Dorset. I teach regular weekly classes. My lessons are for everyone, encouraging students to learn how their bodies respond to breath, movement and also rest.

As we learn more about ourselves and how our bodies adapt and change, we are better able to cope with everyday challenges.
