Enjoy a full day at my home in Dorset. We start with yoga, including a warm up, and a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa style movement, followed by time in savasana pose. Lunch follows; a seasonal mix of soup and salad followed by a vegan treat. We then relax into yoga Nidra, conscious yogic sleep, an ancient restorative practice. Then there will be ample time to enjoy our wood fired sauna and the option to add in a cold shower ‘break’ in between. The afternoon finishes with chai tea and a vegan treat.
