Join me and a small group in my home for a day of yoga, healthy food, yoga Nidra and wood fired sauna and cold water.

Spring is a time of year for optimism as the days lengthen towards Summer. With a little more light from the sun, we feel more energetic.

The day starts with a Hatha/Vinyasa flow yoga practice suitable for everyone. A nourishing lunch is followed with a yoga Nidra, acknowledging the change in seasons.

After time in the sauna and cold shower if you like, we finish our day with Amala Chai Masala Chai and vegan treats.

Enjoy a full day at my home in Dorset. We start with yoga, including a warm up, and a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa style movement, followed by time in savasana pose. Lunch follows; a seasonal mix of soup and salad followed by a vegan treat. We then relax into yoga Nidra, conscious yogic sleep, an ancient restorative practice. Then there will be ample time to enjoy our wood fired sauna and the option to add in a cold shower ‘break’ in between. The afternoon finishes with chai tea and a vegan treat.
