Crystal singing bowls can be a powerful experience. If you suffer from sound induced epilepsy this event will not be suitable for you. If you are in the early stages of pregnancy or if you have any cardiac or brain implants, you should consult with your doctor before attending. If you have non sound induced epilepsy, you should also check with your doctor before attending a ‘sound bath’.

It’s important to stay hydrated after the sound bath.

The additional benefits of sandwiching time in the sauna with cold water include circulation regulation and accelerated muscle recovery.
